The building utilizes tilt-up construction with a steel and concrete mezzanine for the second-floor office area and the storage area in the shop. The office are Class A office space with polished concrete floors and glass walls in each office. The shop area has multiple overhead cranes, a lube pit, a tank room for fluids, and sloped floors to the trench drains.
