This multi-use office space in Lindon, Utah, is home to NMI Merchant Services and Schuff Steel. Tilt-up construction was used with a combination of glass panels and large windows, giving it a high-end professional office look without the higher cost.
The two-story core and shell were completed on a rapid nine-month schedule, with an interior tenant improvement achieved in three months. It was constructed using 50 concrete board-formed panels.
